3. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

3.1 Welcome Bonus

joya1 offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,000; or depositing ৳32,000 would apply the maximum ৳15,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳47,000.

3.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only (not on deposit + bonus). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 in wagers must be completed before withdrawing the bonus.

3.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are provided only to eligible account holders.
• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period; if the wagering requirement is not met within the set time, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Claiming multiple bonuses from the same IP address, device, or household is prohibited.
